Version 1.0 / Effective 2026-10-27
This document is intended to accompany the account's professional-sharing controls. It is not a general authorization created by registration, buying a course, accepting the Terms of Use, or following a referral link. An effective consent must identify the professional or relationship and the specific information categories you choose to share.
The platform offers separate choices to share training progress and assessment-result summaries with a verified professional in an active relationship. Raw free-text responses and unrelated account records are not included in the professional summary view. Review the actual categories and recipient shown in your account before agreeing. Some of this information may be sensitive. Only the categories supported by your recorded consent should be available to the approved recipient through the service.
The purpose is to let the selected professional review the chosen training information in connection with the support you have separately agreed with them. Sharing does not turn STL into an emergency-monitoring service or create a clinical relationship by itself. The recipient may have independent professional or recordkeeping duties and should explain how they handle information they receive.
You can revoke supported sharing consent through the account controls. Revocation stops future platform access within the revoked scope when the authorization is checked. It does not undo access that already occurred, recall previously downloaded reports, or override a recipient's independent lawful retention obligations. Contact the recipient directly about copies they already hold and contact STL support if platform access appears inconsistent with your choices.
STL records the accepted consent version and relevant relationship, scope, acceptance, and revocation information to enforce access and maintain an audit trail. Declining optional sharing does not itself authorize disclosure elsewhere. Passwords, full payment-card information, and unrelated account records are not included in this consent.
Effective date: October 27, 2026. Publishing this document does not grant access to your records. You must choose the recipient and supported categories and affirmatively authorize sharing in your account. No consent is inferred from inactivity.
