One-time course purchases

This policy applies to one-time course purchases from Somatic Training Lab LLC, St Augustine, FL. Live checkout is currently disabled. When purchases become available, the terms below apply. Effective date: October 27, 2026.

Fourteen-day request period

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after an initial one-time course purchase by contacting info@somatictl.com from your account email. Include the course name and order reference, if available. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, or private assessment responses. No explanation of personal health circumstances is required.

Access and processing

An approved full refund ends the access associated with the refunded enrollment. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. The payment provider or bank determines when the credit appears. We will confirm the decision and explain any information reasonably needed to process the request.

Errors and unavailable purchases

Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges, a purchase you did not authorize, or paid access that was not delivered. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law. Do not rely on account deactivation to cancel a charge or request a refund; submit the refund request separately.

Other offers and consumer rights

Any future offer with different terms must disclose those terms clearly before purchase. Course purchases are permanent purchases, not subscriptions; there is no recurring charge to cancel. Nothing here limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right required by law.
