Version 1.0 / Effective 2026-10-27
Somatic Training Lab is operated by Somatic Training Lab LLC, St Augustine, FL. These terms govern access to its website, account tools, course materials, and related training services. Contact: info@somatictl.com.
Effective date: October 27, 2026.
STL provides educational and experiential training in awareness, voluntary practice, and personal skill development. It does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or emergency monitoring. Participation does not establish a clinician–patient relationship with STL. Descriptions of intended learning outcomes are not guarantees of results. Do not use the service to replace care from an appropriately qualified professional.
The service is for adults aged 18 or older who can agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use the training services. Give accurate account information, keep sign-in details private, and notify support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. An account is for one person unless a separate written arrangement expressly permits otherwise.
You choose whether, when, and how to participate. You may pause, simplify, skip an exercise, or stop. Follow the participation notice and any course-specific instructions. Course availability, content, prerequisites, schedule, access period, total price, and refund conditions must be shown before purchase. Access follows the offer you actually purchase. Introduction to Somatic Training is a one-time $160 USD purchase with permanent access to that course and no renewal charge. It does not include automatic enrollment in future courses.
Any charge requires a separately displayed offer and an affirmative checkout action. Courses use one-time purchases. No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is authorized by accepting these terms. The approved Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protections apply. Live checkout is currently disabled; displaying a course or price does not create a charge.
Subject to your applicable access rights, you may use the course materials for your own personal learning. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, share account access, or remove ownership notices without permission. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's records, or use it for unlawful purposes. Rights and exceptions granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
You retain your rights in information you submit. You permit STL and its service providers to process that information as needed to provide the requested features and as described in the Privacy Notice. Connecting to a professional and sharing selected records require separate choices. A referral or professional connection is not blanket consent to share all account information.
STL may maintain or update the service and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain a material restriction and provide a way to contact support. Changes will not silently replace the purchase terms that applied to an existing paid enrollment. If a paid service cannot be supplied, applicable refund obligations remain in place.
Use the service with reasonable care and within your own circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to waive a claim for conduct that applicable law does not permit to be waived. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a monetary liability cap. Contact support to seek a resolution.
Approved updates will identify their version and effective date. If a change requires renewed agreement, the service will request it. Account deactivation and a request for deletion are different actions; see the Privacy Notice for their effects.
